1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Consequential's website and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Consequential provides an AI-powered revenue intelligence platform that connects your marketing and commerce data to surface insights and recommendations. Features may change as we improve the product.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you connect to Consequential. You grant us the rights needed to process that data to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and terms presented at signup. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Consequential and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Insights and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee specific business outcomes. You are responsible for decisions you make using the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consequential is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the date below. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
